Payment Schedule
Office
- Rate Per Square Feet: Rs. 30,000/-
- Down Payment:Rs. 1,500,000/-
Remaining Payment:
1.5 year Payment Plan. Remaining amount to be paid in 6 equal quarterly installments as per the size/category of the property allotted. First installment due date will be three months after the booking date.
Adjustment Discount:
3 Lacs of adjustment discount inclusive of the already paid registration fee (Installment credit amount & processing fee) will be provided in the Down Payment Amount.
- Offices sizes vary and will be charged as per actual on above mentioned rates.
- Common areas charges (includes lobby, stair, halls and corridors etc.) Will be charged later as per actual covered area and will be charged 50% lesser than the office per square feet charges.
- Parking charges will be charged later.
- Connection charges will be charged separately at the time of possession.
- Monthly maintenance charges will be against routine maintenance services. This will be subject to annual increment.

- Ground Floor: Rs. 110,000/-
- 1st Floor: Rs. 100,000/-
- 2nd Floor: Rs. 80,000/-
- 3rd Floor: Rs. 70,000/-
- 4th Floor: Rs. 65,000/-
- 5th Floor: Rs. 60,000/-
- 6th Floor: Rs. 55,000/-
- 7th Floor: Rs. 50,000/-
Down Payment:
- Rs. 1,800,000/- for Ground, 1st and 2nd Floor
- Rs. 1,500,000/- for 3rd to 7th Floor
